Terms of Use

By submitting information through The Ozark Link, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the request or application forms.

Marketplace role

The Ozark Link helps homeowners connect with independent service businesses. The Ozark Link does not perform home services, employ providers, guarantee availability or guarantee the quality, price, timing or outcome of any project.

Homeowner responsibilities

Provide accurate information, use safe methods when gathering measurements or photos, evaluate providers independently and agree on scope, pricing, credentials, permits, insurance, warranties and payment directly with the provider before work begins.

Provider responsibilities

Providers must supply accurate business and coverage information, comply with applicable laws and trade requirements, protect customer information, communicate honestly and perform only work they are qualified and authorized to perform.

No emergency service

The website is not an emergency dispatch service. Call 911, the appropriate utility or another qualified emergency resource when people or property face immediate danger.

Connections and disputes

A submitted request may be offered to one or more relevant local providers and does not guarantee a provider match. You are not obligated to hire anyone. Any contract for work is between the homeowner and independent provider. The parties are responsible for resolving project, billing, warranty and workmanship disputes directly.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access or use customer information for unrelated marketing.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ozark Link is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from an independent provider relationship or the unavailability of a match.
