Privacy Policy

The Ozark Link is a referral marketplace. This policy explains the information we collect and how it is used when homeowners request service or businesses apply to join the network.

Information we collect

Homeowner requests may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, service locations, project details, budget ranges, measurements, timing preferences and job photos. Provider applications may include business and contact information, service areas, availability, capacity, licensing and insurance information. We also collect limited website activity such as visited pages and campaign source.

How we use information

We use information to review requests, check provider coverage, make relevant connections, communicate about a request, operate the owner dashboard, improve the network, measure marketing and protect the service from misuse.

When information is shared

Every request is reviewed before release. Approved providers may first see project details that do not identify the homeowner. Contact information and protected photos are released only after an eligible provider accepts the opportunity. An exclusive lead is released to one provider; a shared lead may be released to no more than three providers. We do not sell personal contact information as a general mailing list.

Photos and sensitive details

Do not upload images containing passwords, financial information, medical records, faces, vehicle license plates, visible house numbers or other unnecessary identifying material. Only upload photos you are authorized to share and can take safely. The site resizes submitted images before upload, which also reduces embedded image metadata.

Retention and security

We retain records as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve issues, measure results and meet legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but access to operational records is restricted.

Your choices

You may ask to correct or delete information, subject to operational and legal retention needs. You can also decline an offered provider connection and are not obligated to hire anyone.
