Accurate business information
Keep services, coverage, availability, contact details, licensing and insurance information truthful and current.
Respectful response
Contact homeowners professionally, identify the business clearly and honor preferred contact methods whenever practical.
Clear written expectations
Explain scope, materials, exclusions, estimated timing, pricing and payment terms before work begins.
Qualified work
Accept only work the business is competent and legally permitted to perform. Obtain required licenses, permits and insurance.
Customer privacy
Use homeowner information only for the submitted request. Do not sell it, publish it or add it to unrelated marketing lists.
Honest outcomes
Report whether contact, scheduling and hiring occurred so The Ozark Link can improve matching quality.
Safe conduct
Follow applicable safety practices and never pressure, threaten, discriminate against or harass a homeowner.
Accountability
Respond promptly to quality concerns. Repeated complaints, false information or misuse of customer data may result in removal from the network.
Relationship with independent businesses
Providers remain independent businesses. Participation does not create employment, partnership or agency with The Ozark Link, and providers remain responsible for their work and agreements with homeowners.
Review process
Applications are reviewed for service category, coverage, capacity and available business information. Approval is not permanent; The Ozark Link may pause matching when availability changes or quality concerns require review.
